1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and beauty products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is defective upon arrival

2. Return Request Period

·       Requests for returns, replacements, or refunds must be submitted within 7 calendar days from receipt of the order.

 

3. Requirements for Claims

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the concern

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in denial of the request.

 

4. Eligibility Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused or minimally used
  • Remain in original packaging
  • Include all original accessories and inserts

We reserve the right to reject returns that:

  • Show signs of misuse
  • Are excessively damaged after delivery
  • Do not meet policy conditions

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund timelines may vary depending on:

  • Payment providers
  • Banking institutions
  • Shopify processing schedules

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Allergic reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities
  • Improper product usage
  • Dissatisfaction caused by individual preference
